About competition
The idea of the project came up in autumn 2005 while researching the new effective methods of promoting web pages in the internet. Internet marketing itself has been existing for a long time in the world and has plenty of methods which are already known and widely used.
However, it has been proved by many researchers that the most desired effect give innovative and active advertisement methods.
About goals of the project
The main goal of the project is to find out and select the most active, popular and visited pages in the internet and publish these in one common list. So this web page will be visited by thousands of people. Data collected during this project will be used for further research of the world wide web. It will be displayed in the e-book "Internet advertising and online marketing strategies" coming in June 2006.
